THE SHEEPDOG STORY
In 2021 when I started looking for a house, it quickly dawned on me what a time-consuming and complicated process it is. I remember thinking I would pay someone good money to manage it for me, and I contemplated a business where you pay for someone to lead your search for you. Unfortunately, the economics didn't quite add up for anyone on a normal salary.
In the past six months, however, the agentic revolution has made it possible for everyone to have a personal AI assistant. The problem is managing that assistant so it doesn't decide to buy you a timeshare in a bungalow in the south of Kazakhstan when you're looking at flats in Swansea. That's why we're building Sheepdog, A safe, manageable, agentic system that guides you through the process of buying a home.
